Transportation from Dehradun Airport to IIT Roorkee and return can be arranged on a payment basis.

Accommodation will be arranged at the guest houses in the campus and the nearby hotels at Roorkee on a payment basis.
Accommodation in the campus guest houses will be arranged on a first-come-first-served basis. The remaining delegates will be accommodated in nearby hotels in Roorkee.
